"They did an excellent job cutting out a slab of concrete for a bedroom window. They were professional, patient,  and thorough in their work. They always took the time to answer my questions and explain the process of the job. If they sensed I was concerned at any time they would stop and check with me before they proceeded. As with most older home renovations, sometimes new problems arise that were not originally planned. They were quick to pivot, come up with a new plan, run it by me and the project went smoothly. They were cutting with a wet saw. The precautions they took to ensure the least amount of water made it into my basement was awesome. They took a lot of time and care to keep the project clean on the inside. I would highly recommend van-Built to anyone who is looking at cutting in windows to their home. Their work was amazing. Five out five stars."
